How to cancel Zeea, and how to get money back. Paddle is our merchant of record, so refunds are governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy. This page explains what that means for Zeea and adds no conditions of its own.
Paddle is our merchant of record. Your payment contract is with Paddle: they charge your card, they issue your invoice, and they pay any refund. Zeea is the supplier of the software, and your use of it is governed by our Terms of Service.
Practically, that means there are two doors and both work. Write to us at hello@zeea.ai and we will take it up with Paddle, or go to Paddle directly through the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
You can cancel at any time — from your workspace settings, from the “Manage subscription” link in the email Paddle sent when you subscribed, or at paddle.net. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then and you are not charged again. It does not delete anything: campaigns, brand libraries and posts stay in the workspace, and posts already scheduled through Buffer still go out on the dates you set. After the period ends the workspace stops being able to plan or write anything new, and what you made is still there if you subscribe again later.
Cancelling is not the same as asking for a refund, and you do not have to choose: you can cancel now and ask Paddle about the payment separately.
Paddle’s Refund Policy applies in full, and it is the one that decides. In short, and without us narrowing it:
Where local law, or Paddle’s policy, or anything we have told you gives you more than another of them, the most generous applies. We do not add conditions of our own, and when Paddle asks us whether a refund should go ahead our answer is yes unless we have something specific to say about that account.
One consequence worth knowing before you ask: a refunded purchase ends the access it paid for. That is Paddle’s rule for every product sold through them, not ours.
Write to hello@zeea.ai with the email address on the account and roughly when you were charged — the invoice number helps but you do not need it. We answer within five working days. Or raise it with Paddle yourself through your receipt or paddle.net, which reaches the same place without going through us.
Paddle pays an approved refund to the payment method you used, within 14 days of approving it. How quickly it appears after that is your bank’s business rather than ours.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of credits — Solo includes 60 a month at €19/mo. A credit is a written post— two for the top writer — and a rewrite in chat or fresh words over a picture costs one too. Everything before writing is free: reading a website, the interview, the voice and pillars, planning the month, and composing the images. A plan’s allowance renews with each billing period and does not carry over. A workspace on a paid plan can also buy credit packs — 25, 60 or 150 credits as a single payment — which carry over from month to month and are kept if the plan ends. A pack is a purchase like any other: Paddle’s Refund Policy applies to it exactly as it does to a plan.
There is also a return that is not a refund and needs nobody to ask for it: if a run fails after its credits were charged — a model times out, a provider refuses — the app puts them back on the workspace’s balance by itself, and the return is listed in the credit history.
If something has gone wrong, please write to us or to Paddle before asking your bank to reverse a charge. It is faster for you than a chargeback and it is how the problem actually gets fixed. This does not affect your right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer.
Nothing here limits rights you have by law, and nothing here is meant to be read as taking one away. Where a mandatory right gives you more than this page or Paddle’s policy does, the right wins.
