Zeea

Terms of Service

Last updated 30 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Panoptikon State SRL for the use of Zeea. Using the service means accepting them.

Who you are contracting with

Panoptikon State SRL, registered at Sos. Stefan cel Mare 14, Bl. 19, Sc. B, Et. 9, Ap. 57, Sector 2, 020141, Bucuresti, Romania under company number ROONRC.J2014001094409, VAT RO32732314 (“we”, “us”). Reach us at hello@zeea.ai.

Zeea is sold to businesses. It is not intended for consumers, and you confirm you are using it for purposes related to your trade or profession.

What the service does

Zeea plans, writes and composes social media posts for the brands you set up, and schedules them for publication through Buffer. Some of that work is done by language models, and what they produce is a draft for you to approve — the app is built around that approval and does not publish anything you have not accepted.

Your account

You are responsible for who you invite into a workspace and for what they do in it. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.

Plans and payment

Paddle is our merchant of record. Your contract for payment is with Paddle, their terms apply to the transaction, and they issue your invoices.

PlanPriceCreditsBrandsSeats

Prices exclude VAT, which Paddle adds where it applies. Plans renew monthly on the day you subscribed until cancelled.

Credits

A credit is a written post. Writing one costs a credit, two with the top writer, and so does a rewrite in chat or fresh words laid over a picture. Everything before writing is free: reading a website, the interview, the voice and pillars, and planning the month. Composing the images costs nothing. Your plan’s allowance renews with each billing period and unused allowance does not carry over. A workspace on a paid plan can also buy credit packs — 25, 60 or 150 credits, one payment each — which are spent after the month’s own allowance, carry over from month to month, and are kept for you if the plan ends. When a workspace runs out, writing stops until the period renews, a pack is bought or the plan moves up, and nothing already made is lost.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel at any time from your workspace settings, or through Paddle using the link in your receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then.

Refunds are paid by Paddle as our merchant of record, under Paddle’s Refund Policy. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy says how to ask and what to expect. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have by law, and where such a right gives you more than this agreement does, it wins.

What you put in, and what comes out

Your content stays yours. The photographs, brand material and text you upload remain yours, and so does what Zeea produces from them. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your content, to process it, and to send it to the providers named in our Privacy Policy so that posts can be written and published.

You confirm you have the right to use what you upload — that the photographs are yours or licensed to you, and that the brands are yours to represent.

Posts written by a machine

Generated text and images may be inaccurate, may resemble something produced for someone else, and may not suit your purpose. You are responsible for what you publish. The approval step exists for that reason: review before it goes out. We do not warrant that output is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose.

The platforms you publish to

Posts reach Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and Pinterest through Buffer, and each of those platforms has its own rules. If a platform rejects, delays or removes a post, or suspends an account, that is between you and them — we can neither prevent it nor reverse it. You need your own Buffer account and must keep to their terms as well.

Acceptable use

You may not use Zeea to:

  • publish anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing someone’s rights;
  • impersonate a person or a business you are not authorised to represent;
  • generate material that deceives people about who is speaking;
  • break the rules of a platform you publish to;
  • attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend a workspace that is doing any of these, and will tell you why when we do.

Availability

We aim to keep Zeea running and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. No uptime guarantee is offered on these terms. The service depends on providers we do not control — model providers, Buffer, and the social platforms themselves — and an outage at one of those can stop work here.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, revenue or goodwill; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Ending it

You may stop at any time by cancelling and leaving. We may end this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you materially breach it. When a workspace ends you can export what is in it; after 30 days it is deleted, as the Privacy Policy describes.

Changes to these terms

We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept it, cancel before it does and you will not be charged again.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
