The loop: propose the month, write it a week at a time, give each post your yes, watch it go out.
The menu on the left is the loop: Brand, Planner, Campaigns, Calendar. A month goes round it once. This is what happens at each stop, and what each one costs.
A brand is a website, the library Zeea read from it and you kept, its rules, its channels, and the way its posts look. Set up once, revisited when the site changes. See what Zeea reads and how a brand connects to Buffer.
Three decisions and Zeea proposes the month: the idea behind it, how many posts on each channel, and what each post is about. This is the month, not the posts. Change anything: swap a project, drop a week, move a post to another channel. It is free, and it is the cheapest place to change your mind. Approving the proposal lets Zeea write.
Zeea writes the month a week at a time, each post in the brand’s kept voice around the project’s own photographs, with the pictures composed in the layouts the brand uses. Writing is what spends credits: one per post. When a week is written it goes to Campaigns, where each post gets your yes.
Open a campaign to see its posts as they will appear. For each one: keep it, tweak it in chat, ask for another, or approve it. Approve composes any picture that is not finished, then sends the post to Buffer for the time shown. Nothing is published until you approve it; nothing is sent quietly in a lesser form. If a post cannot go, the board says why, on the post, and offers the fix.
A campaign can be renamed, its timeline stretched or compressed with every post keeping its hour, archived when you want it off the list with everything still running, or deleted, which empties Buffer first and moves the campaign to the trash for three days.
Everything approved lands on the calendar at its time. Buffer publishes; Zeea checks back and marks what went out. A post can be dragged to another day. A failed post is the one thing here that waits on you, and the menu counts it.
The library remembers what has been said about each project, so the next month does not repeat the last one. Inside the app, Show me around again under your avatar walks these stops on the screens themselves.
